ABOUT ME

Kailah Monique Solomon was born in Greensboro, North Carolina to Lakesha Solomon and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina.  The oldest of seven kids; Kailah's life has always been a show.  At a young age Kailah knew her calling. She was put on this Earth to entertain. When you see your life through a camera lens it's always a movie, and that's how Kailah thought. Some of Kailah's earliest memories consisted of her putting on shows, having dance battles, and singing anything and everything at the top of her lungs for her family and friends at gatherings. Being blessed with the name "Drama Queen" because everything she did had to be overly dramatic helped shape Kailah's interest in the arts. At the young age of twelve Kailah decided to give her life away to the Lord and start doing his work. She sung in the youth choir and starred in her church's youth productions and recitals. She was even given the opportunity to advocate for the church to have a praise and worship team. In doing so she orchestrated a dance to Tasha Cobbs' Break Every Chain, and performed it in front of the Mother's of the church in hopes to persuade the members to allow them to have a praise and worship team. She starred as Rosa Parks in the Rosa Parks Story for the BSU program at church.
